Establishing a Subsidiary in Germany

YUSHIN PRECISION EQUIPMENT CO., LTD. (President and Representative Directory/ Mayumi Kotani, headquarter/Kyoto-shi, Japan; capital/ 1,985.66 million JPY), a supplier of take-out robots for injection molding machines has recently established a local subsidiary with 100% of investment, “Yushin Europe GmbH” in the suburbs of city of Munich, aiming at enhancing marketing channels and upgrading our service system in the European market; the German subsidiary is to start its business operation from June 2019.

Currently, YUSHIN PRECISION EQUIPMENT CO., LTD. is providing services to our clients in Europe through the UK subsidiary, as well as the agents in the Netherlands and Turkey. However, taking the consequences of “Brexit” into account, we established a subsidiary in the suburbs of Munich as a base to manage our business over the entire Europe. The area has convenient access to other areas of Germany and Eastern Europe, where many corporate enterprises have their manufacturing base. Yushin Europe GmbH shall provide high-end clients with high-functioning take-out robots that can differentiate from other European manufacturers, as well as making further effort in developing service and support systems that have been highly acclaimed in many countries in the world.

With this local subsidiary established, the number of global subsidiaries of YUSHIN PRECISION EQUIPMENT CO., LTD. becomes thirteen.
