Yushin has released and introduced the new SX-41 high-speed side entry take-out robot for clean room molding environments and micro-molding applications. This side-entry robot contributes to the extraction of molded products manufactured in clean room environments such as optical parts, medical equipment, food containers that require FDA approval and electronic parts.

The SX-41 side-entry robot is ideal for clean room conditions. Two important features capture the necessity of installing these robots on your factory floor:

1. Improved Productivity. The SX-41 side-entry robot is built with a lightweight aluminum frame constructed by Yushin’s proprietary standards and a high-power motor for take-out times of just 0.32 seconds. The high-power motor executes smooth acceleration, deceleration and high-speed operations for precision molding applications.

2. Clean Environment Specifications. The SX-41 side -entry robot is ideal in areas of low ceiling tolerance such as dust-free clean room settings and no sliding parts above the mold. Individual component designs were also reviewed to minimize dust emission, enabling ISO Class 6 compliance. *Based on in-house ISO 146441-1 measurements.
