Brief description of our working cells:
Full working Automation Demo Cell One:
Plastic resin will be injected into a 1 cavity Frisbee mold in Fortune’s 150-ton injection molding machine to fill and form the frisbee shape. Yushin’s high-end YDII-1025S-15-9.5 large take-out robot and single cavity End-Of-Arm-Tool will pick up the final molded frisbee from the mold and place them on a rolling conveyor.
Full working Automation Demo Cell Two:
Plastic resin will be injected into a 6 cavity shot glass mold in a JSW J100ADS 100-ton injection molding machine to fill and form the shape of a shot glass. Yushin’s high-end FRA-015S-15-8.5-C1 high-end take-out robot and 6 cavity End-Of-Arm-Tool will pick up the final molded shot glasses from the mold and place them on a rolling conveyor.
