Working Cell #1: Robot Toy

It’ll be mounted on an FCS – CT 180e machine. The robot will be the FRA-3060DS that was used at NPE show.

Demo Cell #2: Kendama Toy

Yushin robot SD-H-1025S with servo wrist A/C will be playing with the Kendama Toy.

Demo Cell #3: Stocker Cell

 Yushin robot SD-H-2535S with servo wrist A/C will be stacking pens on a tray. The tray will be placed on a Yushin Stocker ACS-K5-F. Once the tray is full, it will be moved to the edge of the stocker and replaced by a new one. The full one will be emptied by a Yushin Robot SD-H-0310S. All the pens will be placed on a conveyor one by one. Once the tray is empty, the main robot will do an automatic tool change and will move the empty tray to the waiting position.
