Working Cell #1: Robot Toy Assembly System

Similar to the application being done at EXPO POLIPLAST, here we will utilize the a YD2-3550S-19-13 robot to takeout the mold from the secondary mold and a SD-H-1025S-17-12 robot with A/C servo wrist will be used to help assembly the robot molded pieces together.

Working Cell #2: Pick and Place application with inspection vision camera

SD-H-1025S-15-9 robot with A/C servo wrist will be mounted on a Maruka FCS molding machine. The Yushin robot will be programmed to do a simple Pick and Place application molded casing parts, and placing the finished parts on a conveyor.
