Yushin has rapidly developed State-of-the-art Software that allows communication exchange between take-out robot and molding machine information.
Yushin’s software allows operators to do multiple groups of functions:
- Create a motion programs or make complicated changes (such as setting up interlocks or error responses) to existing programs for servo-driven take-out robots
- Easily change a robot program with the touch-screen controller – no programming of PC or specialized knowledge required
- Create Simulations and test Robot motion programs before actual operation
- Monitor Production data at molding plants between auxiliary equipment and molding machine
