EOAT One-Touch Quick-Release Fitting allows for quick and easy manual attachment/detachment of end-of-arm tool.

Pneumatic A-Axis Wrist Unit designed and developed by Yushin America. Installing this unit to the robot main arm allows swinging the EOAT horizontally and changing direction of the molded products when they are released. This Pneumatic mechanism allows the robot to re-orient the EOAT during part release, etc.

NC Nipper Unit – This accessory can trim molded parts from a variety of angles without having to re-position the part. Also, operators teach and save all servo nipper motions through the take-out robot’s controller, for easy recall and better cut repeat ability after mold changes.

External Beam-Mounted Nipper Unit. This nipper unit mounts under the end of the take-out robot’s traverse beam and requires no floor stand. The unit is available with conventional nippers, or heated gate cutters for meticulous degating of products. The beam-mounted design saves floorspace.
Installed on the end of clamp-end traverse beam, this unit works with End-Of-Arm-Tool to automatically separate gates from molded products.
External Beam-mounted Nipper Unit Option available for following Robot models:

- Clamp-End Traverse Take-out CT/CT2 series
End-of-Arm Tool Srpue/Gate Cut Unit. Nippers on-board the robot’s end-of-arm tool cut off gates of sprues while the end-of-arm tool grips the part(s), making the external units unnecessary. This unit provides freedom in the position of the cut action, and has minimal impact on cycle time.
