Trusted on Plastic production floors worldwide, Yushin is prepared to face the future challenges and adapt to the changes of the Plastic industry. Take-out robots play a vital role in the plastic molding process, and Yushin leads the world in take-out robot technology.

In pursuit of ideal design and success in production of high-quality products, Yushin has adapted and refined the early stages of development of robots with topology optimization technology. Design Optimization is what Yushin calls the practice of applying CAE (computer-aided engineering) to calculate optimum theoretical forms in order to make structures such as aircraft hulls or automobile bodies lighter and more dependable. Through joint research with Kyoto University, Yushin was the first to apply the latest computer design technology to design some of the fastest, most advanced take-out robots in the world.

Developed through multiple generations of Yushin’ s design optimization techniques, the reduction of weight in older frame designs have paved way for better performance during high-speed operations. The weight reduction on moving components has succeeded in increased faster production cycle times up to 5% and take-out cycle times up to 10% faster than its predecessors.

Once installed, it is vital that they operate with no stoppage or with no problems of any kind. For this reason, Yushin’s Manufacturing Department refuses to compromise on product quality.

Yushin has achieved ISO 9001 certification for quality control and quality assurance. The range of certification extends to all processes for our take-out robots and peripheral equipment, including design, development, purchasing, manufacturing, and installation.

The equipment and robots created by Yushin are comprised of thousands of parts. These parts are manufactured by using quality assured materials procured from our partner companies. Yushin works with those companies to constantly assure high quality that will satisfy every customer.
