Daichi Suzuki

Mr. Suzuki is a March 1995 graduate of Kansai University in Osaka, Japan, where he received a bachelor’s degree in economics. Prior to joining Yushin-Japan, he had 16 years of experience in sales and marketing working for Keyence Corporation (from April 1995 to August 31, 2009) and Matsusada Precision Inc (from September 1, 2009 to October 31, 2011). At Keyence, he held the Sales Manager position  from April 1, 2007 to August 31, 2009, in Hamamatsu Sales Office, where he was responsible for handling large-scale clients including major auto manufacturers

Mr. Suzuki joined Yushin-Japan on November 1, 2011. And has been working in the sales department for 10 years at Yushin. He have worked as a manager in Japan for 5 years and most recently in China for 2 years, both of which have achieved high record sales.

Karen L. Paolucci

Karen Paolucci is the Human Resources Manager and has worked for Yushin America since 2002. Karen has an MBA specializing in Human Resource Management. She is very active with the Governor Workforce Board and currently serves on the Board for the WIA (Workforce Investment Act) Committee; Manufacturing In Partnership (MIP); and Youth Council. Karen successfully assisted the Rl Department of Labor to change the law regarding children working in a manufacturing setting. She also worked with the state to implement a CNC apprenticeship program; Yushin America was the first manufacturer in the state to participate. Karen enjoys working with the youth community to guide them with proper career opportunities.

Michael R. Greenhalgh

Michael Greenhalgh is the Director of Operations and has worked for Yushin America since 2000.  Michael has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, and an MBA in Operations Management.  Along with his many accomplishments, his latest project is the construction of the 2015 Yushin America building expansion.  Michael enjoys physical activities, visiting Cape Cod and working on home improvements when away from the office.

Robert Kulow

Robert Kulow is the Controller and has worked for Yushin America since 2017.  Bob has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Western New England University.  He also serves as Treasurer of Gilead Congregational Church since 1994.  Bob enjoys spending time with his family as well as hiking, biking, golfing and playing piano in his spare time.

Christopher E. Parrillo

Chris Parrillo has worked for Yushin America for the past 28 years in various technical and sales roles. Chris has extensive knowledge in implementing robotics and automation systems for plastic injection molding applications. He works with molders across several industries including medical, automotive, consumer products, and industrial helping them to increase productivity, reduce costs and improve employee health and safety.  In his current role as the National Sales Manager, he oversees the sales and marketing activities for North America. Chris is also actively involved with the Plastics Industry Association, currently serving on the board of directors as well as an executive member of their Equipment Council and tradeshow and events committees.

Brad Haworth

Brad is our Inventory and Parts Sales Manager and has worked for Yushin America since 1998. Brad has an Associate’s degree in Business and has over 39 years of experience in Warehouse/Inventory Control. Brad is always up for a challenge here at Yushin. He enjoys following the local sports teams and spending time with his family at his own time.

David Hylton

Dave Hylton is our National Service Manager who oversees and manages the service team and customer support for all regions.

Dave has worked in the Injection Molding Industry for 30 years. He currently works remotely from Burlington North Carolina. Dave has extensive experience of 20 plus years working as a Process Engineer and Engineering Manager. Dave continues to build strong relationships with customers as being part of the Yushin America Service team while supporting engineering projects. He has a wife and son and enjoys hunting, fishing, and spends most of his down time with his family on Kerr lake in North Carolina.

Ruben Garza

Ruben Garza is the South-Western Regional Sales Manager and has worked for Yushin America since 1999. Ruben initiated direct sales in the Mexico market and has penetrated many competitive accounts. He enjoys exercising, traveling, and spending time with his family in his spare time.

Ronald K. Wiemer

Ronald Wiemer is the Western Regional Sales Manager and has worked for Yushin America, Inc. since 1993.  He enjoys travel and spending time with family.

Toshihiro Takeda

“Toshi” as he is referred to by his friends here at Yushin has been working for Yushin America since 2017. He manages the accounts for Yushin’s Japanese customers all around USA and Mexico. He currently resides in Georgia with his family of 2 children. Toshi loves to travel and meet new people in his own time. His passion for music shows much in his dancing when hanging out with friends and family.

Steven P. White

Steve White is the Central Midwest Regional Sales Manager for Yushin America. Steve has worked as a Sales Engineer for 27 years. He attended the University of Cincinnati Ohio for Engineering. He loves to travel.

Ryan Collins

Ryan Collins is the South-Eastern Regional Sales Manager and has worked for Yushin America since 2014. Ryan has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a strong background in design of custom tooling and automation.

Daniel P. Aikin

Dan is the East-Midwest Regional Sales Manager and joined Yushin America in May of 2023. Dan has been in the plastics industry for 12 years. He has an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. In his professional career, Dan has held Design Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering roles that has given him the foundation to be able to support in a Sales or Technical capacity. In his spare time, Dan enjoys being with his family and golfing.
